    Addressing Human Capital Management: Data Stories for Human Resource Strategies

    In the past two to three years, the importance of "human capital management" has been proposed by the government, and training courses for consultants to obtain ISO 30414 certification have been established, drawing attention to the need to present data on the state of human resource management in organizations. What is the actual linkage between organizational strategy and HR policies and HR's involvement in data collection and utilization of such data? What is the role of HR that the shift to human capital management is providing?

    In this session, we will share the results of our survey on "Addressing Human Capital Management: The Data Story for HR Strategy. We will also discuss and make recommendations, with HPI's findings, on what roles, outcomes, knowledge and skills HR should play in the future, and how to reskill them.

    We have previously introduced the "Learning DX Framework," but the framework does not allow individuals and organizations to advance to "Creativity," which is an indispensable step in the process of moving up the learning ladder, In other words, we have been discussing the current issues that prevent individuals and organizations from moving forward to the "Creativity" stage, which is the stage essential for individuals and organizations to step up.

    In this session, we will further discuss what the challenges are for making this "change" happen, and rearrange them from the viewpoint of technology, as well as summarize the future vision of "learning" using technology in the next few years. We will also present a summary of our vision for the future of "learning" using technology in the next few years.
