    Addressing Human Capital Management: Data Stories for Human Resource Strategies

    In the past two to three years, the importance of "human capital management" has been proposed by the government, and training courses for consultants to obtain ISO 30414 certification have been established, drawing attention to the need to present data on the state of human resource management in organizations. What is the actual linkage between organizational strategy and HR policies and HR's involvement in data collection and utilization of such data? What is the role of HR that the shift to human capital management is providing?

    In this session, we will share the results of our survey on "Addressing Human Capital Management: The Data Story for HR Strategy. We will also discuss and make recommendations, with HPI's findings, on what roles, outcomes, knowledge and skills HR should play in the future, and how to reskill them.
